- Blend up a bunch of tomatoes and a field cucumber (more economic). I usually end up using 6-8 tomatoes, enough for the blender to be full after adding the cucumber.
- Add pressed/minced garlic cloves to taste, let sit on top for a few minutes to mature before blending again
- Add 2 finely chopped jalapeƱo peppers (optional)
- Add 1Tbs olive oil
- Blend again
- Dump into a large storage/serving bowl
- Add celery and red, orange, yellow, green peppers - chopped up into nice little crunchy sizes
- Add fresh basil and black pepper to taste

Refresh Soup
Super yummy refreshing soup, nice and juicy and crunchy!
